What we treat
At Eden Skin & Laser Clinic, you’ll be supported by trained experts who understand your situation and guide you step by step.
Effective in all three layers.
Many people in Roscommon know pelvic floor training from physiotherapy, from postnatal classes or from yogilates and Pilates classes. Those methods mainly train the outer muscle layer and lay a good foundation.

The superficial layer comprises the small muscles around the urethra, vagina and anus — among them the bulbospongiosus and the external anal sphincter. It is trained in Pilates, yogilates and postnatal classes.
A strong sheet of tendon spanning in front of the pubic bone. It supports the outer layer and transfers pressure — but is only partly under voluntary control and hard to reach with classic exercises.

The powerful, hammock-like sheet of muscle deep in the pelvis. It carries the organs and stabilises from within. Classic training barely reaches it — magnetic field technology activates it directly while you sit.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Is the trial session really free?
Yes, your first trial session is completely free and comes with no obligation. You can try the BetterPelvi chair at your own pace before you decide anything.
How long does the trial session take?
About 45 minutes in total. Alongside the trial session on the chair you get a personal consultation and time for your questions.
Is the treatment painful?
No, the treatment is completely pain-free. You only feel gentle contractions in the pelvic floor — comparable to an intensive workout.
How many sessions do I need to see results?
Many people report noticeable improvements after the very first session. For lasting results we recommend a regular series of sessions — your local team will advise you individually.
Are there side effects or contraindications?
The treatment is non-invasive, safe and has no known side effects. The chair should not be used with a pacemaker, during pregnancy or with metal implants in the pelvic area — please get in touch if you are unsure.
Does health insurance cover the cost?
In most cases unfortunately not, as this is a private additional service. It can still be worth asking your insurer.
